Practice Managers

Ashley Johnson
Basin View
Ashley, originally from Nashville, Tennessee, holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has built a strong clinical background in the medical field. She moved to Australia in 2015 and joined the SFMC family in 2016, working at Vincentia Medical Centre. Ashley became Basin View Medical Centre’s Practice Manager in June 2024 and is thrilled with her new role.
Outside of the workplace, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, is a member of a local rock ‘n’ roll dance group, loves to read, and practices yoga.

Christine Turpin
Worrigee
Christine joined the SFMC family in 2011 with a strong background in medical administration and became the Practice Manager at Worrigee Medical Centres in June 2017. She is the person behind the scenes, assisting with all aspects of running the surgery. Christine believes passionately in our mission statement, which is to provide affordable, accessible, and equitable healthcare to our region with the highest quality of patient care in a compassionate environment for all our patients.
Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and trying new restaurants, wines, and coffees in our beautiful Shoalhaven area.

Kelley Crowe
Culburra Beach
Kelley grew up in Culburra Beach, having previously worked in medical in West Wyalong NSW, started with SFMC in 2009 as a roving receptionist, working at Basin View, Worrigee and Culburra Beach, having set days and providing holiday relief wherever needed. This was a great position as Kelley got to work with different doctors, nurses and receptionists, learning from each centre along the way. In 2012, Kelley was moved to Culburra Beach permanently, and in May 2014, Kelley was promoted to Practice Manager in Culburra Beach. Kelley has witnessed many changes over the years, such as Culburra having only one doctor and now having four. Many friendships have been formed with current and past employees. Kelley enjoys spending time with her family, walking, fishing, and caravanning in her spare time.
