Welcome to Basin View Medical Centre
Basin View Medical Centre was established in 2004 and initially operated in the village complex adjacent to our current location. In July 2013, we relocated to a new, purpose-built medical centre next to our original premises. As a bulk billing practice, we aim to ensure access to high-quality primary health care services for all.
The expansion to larger premises enabled us to enhance our services significantly. We have added a fifth doctor and specialised care from a podiatrist. Our team includes three receptionists, three nurses, and five full-time doctors.
All Medicare-covered services at Basin View Medical Centre are bulk-billed, ensuring accessible healthcare for our community. This includes standard consultations, chronic disease management, and most diagnostic procedures.
Services outside Medicare coverage cannot be bulk billed and may incur out-of-pocket expenses. These services can include medical assessments for recreational or vocational licences, specific tests, or reports. To confirm whether a service is covered, please inquire at reception or consult your GP before your appointment.

A “Cancellation Policy” of $40 may be applied for patients who do not attend or cancel within 2 hours of their scheduled appointment.
