Dr Hao Pham is an Adelaide-trained medical graduate who has been dedicated to rural general practice since 1994. Together with his wife, Annette, he has lived and worked within several close-knit communities across regional New South Wales — from Coonamble to Brewarrina — before finally settling in Vincentia, in the beautiful Jervis Bay region.
Dr Pham was awarded Fellowships of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine in 1998. Over many years, he has developed a strong passion for mentoring and has supported numerous Australian and internationally trained doctors on their journey to Fellowship. He also holds an honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer position with the University of Wollongong.
His clinical interests include skin cancer medicine, and he holds a Diploma in Skin Cancer Medicine from the Skin Cancer College Australasia, awarded in 2015.
Beyond medicine, Dr Pham is a devoted family man. He and Annette have three sons: Liam, who lives with advanced cerebral palsy; Ryan, who is currently in medical school; and Adam who loves the great game of football.
Dr Pham continues to practise at Vincentia while actively supervising and supporting the next generation of GPs as they work towards their Fellowship.
