MyRecovery, delivered in partnership by Shoalhaven Family Medical Centres and Grand Pacific Health provides free, uncapped mental health support for individuals with complex mental health needs- offered face to face within the Shoalhaven LGA and via telehealth across Southern Eastern NSW.
Our experienced team of Credentialed Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Counsellors and Peer Support Workers offer a collaborative, recovery-oriented approach. We provide evidence-based assessments, ongoing treatment planning, regular support contacts, care coordination and referral assistance to community services. MyRecovery also assists with access to external psychiatrists, local resources and mental health networks. While most services are bulk billed, some external psychiatry appointments may incur additional fees.
We work closely with GPs to ensure coordinated care, and we welcome referrals from GPs, service providers, community organisations, family members or directly from clients with verbal or written consent.
Please note: MyRecovery is not a crisis service and operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
